The 2008 Midwinter meeting of CUDCP will be held in San Antonio, TX, from January 17th through 19th
(Thursday through Saturday).
The nation’s seventh largest city, San Antonio is a joyful medley of the flavors and sounds of Native Americans, Old México, the Republic of Texas, Germans, the Wild West, African Americans, and the Deep South. It is a truly unique city that embodies a warm-hearted society in beautiful surroundings.

The CUDCP meeting will take place at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel, (210-227-3241, www.gunterhotel.com).
Friday sessions will be held jointly with ADPTC, the Association of Directors of Psychology Training Clinics. The inaugural meeting of CCHPTP, the Council of Clinical Health Psychology Training Programs, will be held January 20th and 21st (Sunday and Monday), which gives interested persons the opportunity to easily combine the two meetings.

Access: most airlines would route from departure city through Dallas (DFW) airport or one of two Houston airports (either IAH or HOU) to San Antonio (SAT); The Austin airport (AUS) may also be a possibility.

Programming/Schedule:
Thurs, 1/17/08: CUDCP board meets all day. CUDCP members have the option of attending the CoA workshops and/or a new DCT member workshop in the evening. ADPTC (Association of Directors of Psychology Training Clinics) members have the option of attending the CoA workshops and/or a new ADPTC member workshop in the afternoon. Some ADPTC board members might sit in on part of the CUDCP board meeting.
Fri, 1/18/08: ADPTC/CUDCP joint programming all day, with some afternoon breakouts for ADPTC members/concerns; joint reception in evening
Sat, 1/19/08: CUDCP members meet until noon, optional Diversifying Clinical Psychology graduate student recruitment reception in afternoon. ADPTC has separate programming all day that ends by 5:00 p.m.
Sun, 1/20/08: ADPTC goes home or Executive Committee meets for breakfast planning meeting before departure; CUDCP board meeting in morning; CCHPTP (Council for Clinical Health Psychology Training Programs ) meeting begins
Mon, 1/21/08: CCHPTP meeting ends at noon
