Welcome and introductions

Reports from regional reps - all regions were represented at regional conferences. Programming was strong.

Review of what CTUP has done in 2005-2006
      CTUP moved the bank account to Maryland and now is in a position to accept dues again. The proper forms have been filed in California to maintain our 501(3)c status. We currently have $2400 in the bank.  A Board of Directors has been constituted to comply with the Bylaws. Ken Weaver, Rick Wesp and Maureen Hester are currently on the BOD.

        Luis Vega from Cal State Bakersfield  had agreed to serve as the New President (2006-2008 – terms begin at APA). Mattthew Johnson of University of Texas at Brownsville and Texas Southmost College is the new President-Elect. Diane Finley will serve as Treasurer.

        CTUP will be represented at the Education Leadership Conference by Diane Finley and Yves Labbisiere, from Portland State.
